Converting to QuickBooks Enterprise? Seek Help!

Can you import our open A/R Invoices ?

We got an interesting inquiry this week from a new QBES user who is trying to implement and convert to QBES – mostly on their own.  They asked for a quote on importing 9,000 open A/R invoices.

Obviously there is much more discussion needed before taking on such a project.   In this particular case, no importing should be done until the the Customer file has been imported into QBES and the Customer field in the open A/R invoice file has been verified to match.   Additionally,  the open Invoice data needs to be provided in a  format and manner that can easily be mapped without additional editing.

But what about all the other set-up issues and imports?

Upon further discussion, we were able to convince the prospect that an adhoc set-up of QBES is not in their best interest.  They agreed and asked for a Conversion, Implementation and Training proposal. They obviously need more than just the A/R invoice import.  Letting us manage the project will allow for data integrity,   time & cost savings and a better user experience.
